Once a military spouse, always a military spouse. Debbie, a native of North Carolina and graduate of UNC-Wilmington, married her soldier on Ft Bragg, NC in 1994. Being an officer’s spouse comes with responsibilities and benefits. Debbie served as Family Support Group Leader and learned new skills along the way that carried over from her years as a Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Director in Woodstock, GA. Debbie and Tom have lived in North Carolina, Georgia, Germany and are now in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Debbie has a background in military personnel and administrative roles in various industries and is excited to be back working with the military by way of veterans, their families, and the contractors working for Phase II as the HR and Operations Manager II. Debbie and Tom have 2 adult children and a mini zoo of pets.
