Harry Horning, II, is a registered Financial Advisor with SagePoint Financial, Inc. and Co-Founder of Phase II Staffing and Contracting, LLC. He came to the private sector after serving in the U.S. Marines where he flew the venerable EA-6B Prowler. 



As a Financial Advisor, Mr. Horning is an Investment Advisor Representative with SagePoint Financial, Inc., one of the largest independent broker dealers in the country, and holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law registrations and is a licensed Life and Health Insurance producer. As an entrepreneur, he Co-Founded and is Chief Financial Officer of Phase II Staffing and Contracting, a Veteran owned and operated small business dedicated to enhancing Veteran Workforce development. 



Mr. Horning holds a Certified Financial Planning Certificate from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of Technology Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. 



Mr. Horning strongly believes in servant leadership through volunteerism as a way to better his country and community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for SPARK (The Education Foundation for Prince William County Schools), the Board of Regents for Leadership Prince William, and is Immediate Past President of the Manassas Battlefield Kiwanis Club. Additionally, he maintains a commission as a Major in the U.S. Marine Corps Individual Ready Reserve. 



Mr. Horning lives in Gainseville, VA with his wife Kristen, and their three sons, Trip, Tucker, and Colton. He enjoys coaching soccer and flying.
