Phase II is actively seeking an innovative and highly-driven individual to join our growing team at Camp LeJeune, NC as an ICS/OT Technician. The ICS/OT Technician is a hands-on expert for the control systems that keep the base running. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the physical hardware and software that make up the Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS).   

Duties include:  

  • Work directly with specialized systems like Metasys and Niagara, ensuring that critical infrastructure like HVAC, automated metering, and other facility controls are operating correctly and securely.   
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICS control systems (e.g., Metasys, Niagara AX, Alerton, Honeywell) 
  • Perform software updates, system patches, and version upgrades on control system products 
  • Troubleshoot network protocols specific to OT, such as BACnet/MSTP, BACnet over IP, N2, and LON 
  • Install and maintain Itron Fixed-Network meter data collection systems 
  • Assist in testing and inspecting new DDC/HVAC system installations 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Active Secret security clearance 
  • Direct experience with one or more major ICS platforms (Metasys, Niagara, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of networking protocols used in operational technology (BACnet, LON, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical trades and code requirements 

Clearance: Secret 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • ITILv4 Foundations 
  • ICS-VLP Certificates 

Job Type: Full-time on-site 

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
