Cybersecurity Engineer – Firewall SME

Phase II is actively seeking an innovative and highly-driven individual to join our growing team at Camp LeJeune, NC as a Cybersecurity Engineer/Firewall Subject Matter Expert.
Duties include:
- Secure multiple operating systems and other networked devices using appropriate DISA STIG’s and SRG’s
- Create and maintain PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) to be used for secure IPsec VPN connections
- Maintain Palo Alto firewalls in an ICS/OT environment
- Serve as expert in Raspberry PI security and configuration or equivalent device
- Maintain FIPS 140-2 IPSec configurations including encryption types, key generation/storage, and configuring tunnels in a Hub-and-Spoke architecture
- Build, secure, and accredit Linux servers and devices
- Write policies and procedures for the secure configuration, installation, and management of firewalls and Encrypt/Decrypt devices on the MCEN in support of the ICS/OT “Type” ATO/ATC
Minimum Qualifications:
- CompTIA Security+ or
- CompTIA CASP or
- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
- ICS-VLP Certificate 100
Education:
Clearance: Secret
Desired Qualifications:
- ITILv4 Foundations
- ICS-VLP Certificate 210W-01 – 10
- RMF Training (USMC specific)
Job Type: Full-time on-site
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000
