Cybersecurity Architect Senior RMF Lead

Phase II is actively seeking an innovative and highly-driven individual to join our growing team at Camp LeJeune, NC. As the Cybersecurity Architect and Senior RMF Lead, you will be the strategic core of our FRCS Cyber Operations Cell. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role where you will take full ownership of the security architecture and Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for critical infrastructure systems.
Duties include:
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor to government leadership, drive security strategy, and lead a team of dedicated experts in defending mission-critical operational technology.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of the RMF “Type” ATO/ATC package in MCCAST 2.0
- Lead the development of advanced cybersecurity risk mitigations
- Architect security solutions for new technologies, including cloud-based systems
- Drive innovation by leading partnerships with academia, DoD labs, and commercial entities
- Create and manage the system’s Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
- Author and review cybersecurity policies, white papers, and briefs for government leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified USMC Validator
- Expert in the USMC A&A process (MCCAST 2.0, RMF, CNSSI 1253)
- IAM Level III Certification (CISSP, CISM, or GSLC)
- CNSS 4011, 4012, 4015, and 4016A certifications
- Experience with DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53
Education: Master’s Degree or 20 years C&A/A&A experience
Clearance: Secret
Desired Qualifications:
- ICS CERT Training (101, 201, 202, 301)
- RMF Training (USMC specific)
- ITILv4 Foundations
- PMP® Project Management Professional
Job Type: Full-time on-site
Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000
