Our Story

The Phase II corporate culture is built on passion for helping Veterans and their Families find their way as they transition from Service into the second phase of their professional lives. Our founders are veterans and community leaders with extensive professional networks.  Phase II is not a company built on a specific niche; rather our business lines are defined by the talent pool and the needs of the market.

Business Development Support for Government Contractors – Business Development is a process or a campaign rather than a sequence of discrete events. It is a long-term endeavor that ties your strategic planning activities and market positioning to the requirements and resources (e.g. funding) of the customer through active and thorough capture planning, ultimately resulting in winning the opportunity. In pursuit of these aims, Phase II offers:
